Timothy Faulkner

CEO & President

Tim Faulkner is the President and CEO of Faulkner Consulting & Analytics. He is a former Senior Executive and Military Officer with 20+ years of experience advising Senior Department of Defense Officials and company executives on perfecting business strategy and private company product delivery to increase market value.

Tim is an expert on the Department of Defense and INDO-Pacific Region and Global areas of intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, space, cyber, information operations, and joint targeting. In addition, he oversaw innovation and technology assessments, machine learning, artificial intelligence, communication networks, unmanned systems, and sustainable energy.

Tim is a distinguished leader in the Army, Joint, Inter-Agency, State, and local governments, with a proven track record of competing for and winning multi-million/billion-dollar programs and contracts. His expertise and accomplishments have earned him widespread recognition and accolades. Tim has extensively reviewed thousands of multi-million-dollar new products and capabilities, and for three years, he successfully led a $250M innovation and technology program. He developed and built a modernization strategy of $1.7B in requirements and $1.1B in future capabilities.

He is passionate about providing expert consultation for companies and corporations that offer new products and services that can compete in a global economy. Tim is a published author and senior guest lecturer. He supports local causes by increasing technical savvy training for disadvantaged and native Hawaiian youths and improving workforce development programs in public schools and universities.
